Description
45-min "baby-friendly" class specifically designed for new moms looking to get back into a fitness routine. This low-impact workout includes a warm-up, upper body strengthening, standing exercises at the barre, stretching & Pilates/yoga style mat work to help reactivate and build core strength post-baby.
Pregnant women who are looking for something a little "less-intense" than traditional fitness classes are also welcome to attend. Modifications always available.
Who
Suggested age range is about 6-weeks postpartum to 10-12 months. Once your baby has become quite mobile/too heavy to wear, this class may no longer be appropriate.
