The Franklin Cultural Council (FCC) invites Franklin residents to enter their home into its "First Annual Community Halloween House Decorating Contest"!
By entering, you will consent for the Franklin Cultural Council to photograph it on October 30th and consider it for a prize. You may also opt into to having your home added to a townwide map of participating homes and/or allowing the FCC to take 'in progress' photos.
Prizes will be awarded for First, Second, and Third Place.
