Ruth Sleeper Nursing Center Offers Free KidsCare Virtual Visits

No-Cost Telehealth Appointments are Available on Thursday Afternoons by Appointment

June 27, 2020

The Ruth Sleeper Nursing Center for Clinical Education and Wellness will hold free KidsCare Virtual Visits with its nurse practitioner students on Thursdays between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m.

Telehealth visits are part of our health care now. As their nurse practitioner students are learning about telehealth, the Center would like to offer you virtual visits as part of their services at the MGH Institute's IMPACT Practice Center. Families and children will learn how to participate in a virtual visit. Students will learn how to conduct a virtual visit with a health history and assessment. Student-led webinars will be scheduled on topics important to families and children.

Free support services at the Ruth Sleeper Nursing Center are provided by MGH Institute nurse practitioner students, under the supervision of licensed faculty. You are invited to choose the services that best meet your needs:

✿ Achieving better health and well-being for your child

✿ Wellness assessments

✿ Growth and development

✿ Nutrition

✿ Sleep

✿ Health promotion

✿ 1-on-1 supportive counseling

✿ Webinars
