The Milford Family and Community Network will be hosting Summer Playgroups outdoors in Hopedale this summer!
The Milford Family and Community Network serves families in the greater Milford, Hopedale and Bellingham communities. The playgroups will be for children birth to 5 years old with their parent / caregiver (no older siblings).
The Summer Playgroups will will be taking place in Hopedale, at the grassy area behind the Sacred Heart Church (187 Hopedale Street).
The Playgroups will be held Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30 - 10:30 am on: July 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, and 28th, and August 3, 4, 10, and 11th, 2021.
To register for a playgroup, please email the email@example.com, and provide the following information:
-Your name, phone number, name and age of child(ren), and
- Dates you would like to attend (one playgroup per week please)
You will receive a confirmation email response within two business days.

✿ The participants will be social distancing and face masks will be encouraged to be worn.
✿ Plan bring a blanket (or something to sit on) and beverages for your child(ren) and yourselves
✿ All playgroups are free of charge.

*The Milford Family and Community Network (MFCN), which serves families in the greater Milford, Hopedale, and Bellingham communities.
* Self Help CFCE serves Franklin.
* "Beginning Bridges CFCE" serves children in Mendon, Northbridge (Whitinsville), Uxbridge and Upton.
*Residents of Blackstone and Millville may be interested in connecting with the YMCA Family and Community Partnership [YFCP]. (The YFCP includes: Auburn, Berlin, Blackstone, Boylston, Douglas, Grafton, Hudson, Marlborough, Millbury, Millville, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Sutton & Westborough. NOTE: Some of these towns are covered by the Marlborough and North Worcester Macaroni KID editions.).
